Domestics Tang Dynasty (公元 618907), after a series of wars and unrest, the Tang Dynasty gradually declined. The Huang Chao Uprising, which began in 874, further destabilized the region. It was during this chaotic period that a small community, known as "Letian" flourished near the foot of Mt. Xiaohuang. This community was famed for its abundance of hot springs and lush rice terraces.

Over the centuries, Letian grew into a bustling village, becoming a stopping point for travelers along the ancient Grand Canal. The village’s economy thrived on agriculture, particularly the cultivation of rice, silk, and tea, alongside the use of the thermal springs for medicine and recreation. The hot springs also attraed scholars and poets, who celebrated their natural beauty and therapeutic properties in their works.

The end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the 20th century witnessed a significant shift in Letian. With the advent of industrialization and urbanization, the region experienced rapid transformation. During this period, a wealthy family residing in the village, the "Lin Family," took on the responsibility of revitalizing the village. Recognizing the potential of the hot springs, they invested in its development, transforming it into a renowned spa and entertainment complex. The Lin Family also established schools and hospitals, contributing to the social and educational advancement of the community.

In 2024, the village underwent a grand reenvisioning with the creation of the "jingyuewanTourist Resort." While preserving the historical charm of the manor, the resort embraced modern amenities and attraions, offering visitors a unique blend of history, culture, and leisure.

Today, 。”jingyuewan” stands as a testament to the enduring power of natural beauty and human ingenuity. It continues to evolve, attraing both domestic and international visitors who seek relaxation, cultural immersion, and a glimpse into the rich history of this remarkable region.
